Our Zoom meetings continue to be life savers for members who can’t make in-person meetings. And you could play a role in helping sustain these vital meetings—and help your own sobriety, too!
The Ben Lomond Fellowship is looking for an online meeting coordinator. It’s a rewarding service position that doesn’t require any overly intense computer skills.
The coordinator helps train online secretaries in how to log in to Zoom and makes sure meetings are covered. It’s a one-year commitment, and you’ll receive plenty of training and support, as well.

Role & Responsibilities
- Creates schedule of online meetings and updates for accuracy and consistency.
- Maintains an accurate schedule of Fellowship meetings, and the duly elected Meeting Secretaries responsible for them, including the date they assumed the meeting and the date their six-month commitment is up.
- Schedules and conducts regular “Secretary Workshops” to ensure Meeting Secretaries are familiar with the Fellowship’s organizational structure and Procedures and Guidelines, and their duties and responsibilities as Trusted Servants of the Membership.
- Works with media coordinator to ensure that meetings are uploaded to BLF website and intergroup site.
- Posts a record of Meeting Secretary attendance at Steering Committee monthly meetings.
- Refers secretaries to benlomondfellowship.org for current meeting announcements.
- Assists meeting secretaries with log in and password issues.
- Assists secretaries with technical issues.
- Attends steering committee meetings and reports on status of Online Meetings.
